JUPITER, FL (WFLX) - Fox 29 has learned that funeral services for Jupiter Police Officer Bruce St. Laurent will be held at the end of this week.
Officer St. Laurent was killed Sunday by a passing driver while assisting for President Obama's motorcade.
This Thursday, a viewing will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Aycock Funeral Home in Jupiter.
On Friday, a memorial service with final police honors will be held at 11 a.m. at the Christ Fellowship Church in Palm Beach Gardens.
Officer Laurent leaves behind a wife and four children. A memorial fund has been set up in his name through the Palm Beach County Law Enforcement Assistance Foundation at Bank Atlantic. Checks can be written to "LEAF Officer Bruce St. Laurent." All donations are tax deductible.
