WELLINGTON, FL (WFLX) - A teenage boy is recovering after, authorities say, he was hit by a car on his way to school.
It happened in front of the Olympia neighborhood off Forest Hill Boulevard in Wellington.
Palm Beach County sheriff's deputies say a woman, driving an SUV, was turning west onto Forest Hill when she hit the teenager while he was riding his bike.
He was flown to Delray Medical Center. Authorities say his injuries are "non-life-threatening".
