PINELLAS COUNTY, FL (WFLX) - A woman, who was caught riding a manatee at a beach near Tampa, has turned herself in to authorities.
Pinellas County Sheriff's deputies met with 52-year-old Ana Gutierrez Tuesday at her home where she admitted to riding the animal. She told them she was new to the area and did not know it was against the law.
