(WFLX) - Toyota dealerships could be getting a lot of phone calls after the company is conducting a safety recall to inspect and apply special grease to the driver's side power window switch.
Toyota says the window can experience a sticky feeling during operation -- which can lead to melting, smoke or a fire.
Approximately 7.43 million vehicles in several countries are affected (see list). The majority of which are 2007 to 2009 Camry models.
We're told the fix takes about an hour and is free. Owners will likely receive a notice in the mail in late October.
