BOYNTON BEACH, FL (WFLX) - A Boynton Beach mother is due in court November 7 after, allegedly, crashing her car while drunk with her two children in the back seat.
Janet Malizia is accused of smashing her car into an SUV in North Naples and then driving off. Police arrested her a short time later.
It's believed she drank three and a half bottles of wine prior to the crash. Neither she nor her children were injured.
