PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL (WFLX) - A recent fight on a local school bus is now being blamed on school administrators. This is all part of a new ruling by a Palm Beach County jury.
It found the school board guilty of negligence in connection to a fight between Alex Palermo and another student.
Palermo was hit in the head several times, suffering a fractured eye socket and concussion.
The jury has awarded his family more than $158,000 in damages.
