WEST PALM BEACH, FL (WFLX) - The former chief of the local U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement Agency will be sentenced Friday after being caught red-handed for having child pornography on his computer.
Anthony Magione faces a mandatory five years in prison, but prosecutors are said to be seeking at least seven.
Mangione had been one of the leading local authorities fighting against child pornography until he was arrested last September.
Mangione's sentencing is set for 2:30 p.m. Friday at the West Palm Beach federal courthouse.
