FORT PIERCE, FL (WFLX) - A second recount is planned for Wednesday in the Fort Pierce mayoral election.
An initial recount over the weekend showed Linda Hudson ahead of her opponent, Vince Gaskin, by a margin of 61 votes. Before that recount, Gaskin was ahead by 21 votes.
Because it is still so close, the St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections ordered the second recount later this week.
