Five infant deaths prompt government action

(WFLX) - Five infant deaths prompt the government to take action against the maker of a baby recliner.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has filed a complaint (read) against Baby Matters alleging that the new model of the Nap Nanny, called the Chill, and two earlier versions, are dangerous.

There have been more than 20 reports of infants found hanging or falling out over the side despite being placed in the harness.
