Delray teen raising money for bombing victims

DELRAY BEACH, FL (WFLX) -- A Delray Beach teen wants to help the victims of the Boston Marathon bombing attacks.

Michael Stolzenberg, 13, contracted a rare bacterial infection when he was younger and doctors had to amputate all four limbs.

He and his older brother, Harris, are raising money to help provide assistance for the victims.

"I would tell them that nothing, that the major thing is nothing is impossible, that they will get better and everything will be fine and that help is on the way," Stolzenberg told CNN Saturday. "If you cannot afford prosthetics or a certain amputee surgery, that me and my brother are gonna try to raise $1 million to help your cause."

Harris Stolzenberg is planning to run the 2014 Boston marathon.

Since launching the new fund on April 22, the brothers have raised almost  $34,000.
