PINNELLAS COUNTY, FL (WFLX)-- An alligator spent the morning snapping at passing cars near Tampa in Pinellas County.
A woman called 911 just before 6 a.m. And told authorities about the alligator being near a businesses.
Pinellas County Sheriff's deputies and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission officer responded to the call.
The gator's fun came to an end when a deputy secured the gator with a rope. An FWC officer took it away to an animal facility.
Authorities say the alligator was over 10 feet long.
