They have also filed paperwork to have Goodman's ankle bracelet removed. Goodman was convicted of DUI manslaughter but appealed and won the right to a new trial in light of juror misconduct revealed last month. He was previously convicted in the drunk driving crash of Scott Wilson in February 2010. Goodman's attorneys also plan to ask for lighter bond restrictions at a June 3rd hearing. Goodman, according to his attorneys, is currently allowed outside his home one hour a day for exercise. He is also currently restricted from flying. Copyright 2013 WFLX. All Rights Reserved.
