PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL (WFLX) - Rain has been unrelenting Monday afternoon in Riviera Beach. At the intersection of Blue Heron and Old Dixie Highway, deep rain puddles have accumulated and traffic is slow. At 13th Street, between Australian Avenue and Dixie Highway, it's hard to tell the difference between sidewalks and streets. The tire of a parked semi was nearly submerged at one spot. Flooding is also reported in suburban Boynton Beach. At least one vehicle became stuck due to high water. The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for east central Palm Beach County until 4 p.m. As of 12:35 p.m., 2400 power outages were reported in Riviera Beach by Florida Power and Light.
