Storms flood Acreage residents' farms By Rachel Leigh | May 29, 2013 at 4:15 PM EST - Updated July 11 at 5:45 AM PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL (WFLX) - At Supple Chase Farms the horses and chickens usually run free, but Wednesday they're running from the rain.Storms flooded the owner's farm and her neighbor's farm, as well. She says she has a small pond, but it overflowed onto the rest of the property. The Indian Trail Improvement District says everything is working the way it should be despite the downpours. The district reports no clogging or drainage issues.They say they knew there would be some flooding because they received over four inches of rain.
