PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL (WFLX) - The Florida Department of Transportation plans to make improvements to several exit ramps in Palm Beach County to help with traffic tie ups.
The Lantana southbound exit on I-95, just one of four exits that FDOT said has major back up and traffic issues during rush hour.
That particular exit only has two lanes, one lane each to either turn left or right.
FDOT will spend more than $28 million to start these ramp improvements by the end of 2014.
FDOT will add a new exit ramp to go eastbound at the Lantana Road southbound exit.
The other exit ramp improvements include 10th Ave. North, Hypoluxo Road and Woolbright Road.
