PBSO searching for missing endangered man

SUBURBAN WEST PALM BEACH, FL (WFLX) - The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's assistance locating a missing endangered man.

James Edward Phillips, 47, walked away from his residence located at 3670 Alder Drive, G2, West Palm Beach on Tuesday June 18, 2013, at approximately 1:30 a.m.

Phillips is deaf mute and is prone to seizures, according to the sheriff's office. He may exhibit childlike behavior, according to authorities.  Phillips takes medications which he has been without for 6 days. 

Phillips, is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs approximately 155 lbs., has black hair and brown eyes.

Phillips was last seen wearing a blue & white shirt, blue jeans and black, white & red tennis shoes.
