PALM BEACH, FL (WFLX) -- A series of meetings will be held this week to discuss beach replenishment projects in Southeast Florida.
The Army Corps of Engineers are seeking public input to find alternative sources of sand for future beach replenishment projects.
The first meeting will be held Monday, August 12 in Miami Beach. The second will be at the Town of Palm Beach Council Chambers on Tuesday, August 13. The meeting will start at 6 p.m.
The third meeting will be Wednesday, August 13 at Indian River State College in Stuart. That meeting will also be at 6 p.m.
