PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL (WFLX)-- Attorneys for International Polo Club founder John Goodman want answers.
And they are turning to a Palm Beach County judge for help.
They want the State Attorney's Office to tell them why John Goodman's 2007 Bentley, a key piece of evidence in his DUI manslaughter trial was released from evidence.
Defense attorney Roy Black argued the Bentley malfunctioned the night it crashed into the car driven by Scott Wilson.
A judge overturned Goodman's conviction after allegations of juror misconduct surfaced.
Attorneys want his re-trial moved out of Palm Beach County.
