ALEDO, TX (WFLX) - A high school football team in Texas is being accused of bullying for beating an opposing team by the score of 91 to 0.
Now, a parent from the losing team is filing a formal bullying complaint against the entire coaching staff of the winning team.
The coach was shocked to hear it! "Never, I've never heard of a bullying report in a football game," said Coach Tim Buchanan of Aledo High School. "I will say I do not want to get to the point where you tell your kids don't play hard."
The coach says he did what he could not to drive up the score as much as he could have. He started substituting players in the first quarter and then ran a continuous clock starting in the third.
