PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL (WFLX)-- A 49-year-old employee of Palm Beach County School Board is missing and authorities consider her endangered.

The school board asked Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office Monday morning to do a welfare check on Kimberly Lindsey of 8214 154 th Court North, Palm Beach Gardens. Deputies did not find Lindsey, but her vehicle and personal items were found in the home, said Teri Barbera, spokeswoman for Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.

Lindsey went missing sometime Sunday evening, Barbera said.

She is described as 5-feet 10-inches, 140 pounds with blonde hair and green eyes.

Because of the uncharacteristic nature of her disappearance, PBSO considers her to be endangered.

Anyone who knows of Lindsey's whereabouts is asked to contact PBSO at 561-688-3400 or the nearest law enforcement agency.
