Lemon Raspberry Swirl Bread
Makes 1 loaf
What You'll Need:
1 (11-ounce) package refrigerated French loaf bread
1/4 cup raspberry jam
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
What To Do:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Unroll bread dough into rectangle. Spread jam over dough and sprinkle with dried cranberries. Roll up dough, starting at short side. Place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden. Let cool on a wire rack at least 1 hour
- In a medium bowl, combine confectioners' sugar and lemon juice, stirring until smooth; drizzle over loaf. Slice and serve.
