WEST PALM BEACH, FL (WFLX) - Two men, accused of murder, will remain in the Palm Beach County Jail indefinitely.

Investigators say Ilmart Christophe and Jefty Joseph drove the victim to an abandoned home in Lake Worth and robbed him.

Thirty-one-year-old Gustavo Cabral was found dead; he suffered one gunshot wound. Christophe and Joseph are each claiming the other pulled the trigger.

In court Monday morning, a judge denied bond for both suspects.

According to court documents, Joseph told investigators Gustavo was interested in buying drugs. Joseph says he drove Gustavo to meet Christophe to make a purchase.

The three men walked inside an abandoned home at 5973 Ithaca Circle West in Lake Worth. Witnesses say they saw the three men walk in, heard a gunshot, and then only two came out.

They left the scene in a black Toyota Camry. Deputies caught up with Christophe and Joseph less than a mile away, questioned them and arrested them.

Both face charges of first degree murder and robbery.
