Meghan McRoberts joined the WFLX team in April, 2013.
Meghan was born in West Palm Beach and is excited to be back in beautiful South Florida, covering the Treasure Coast.
Before making her way to West Palm Beach, Meghan worked as a Multi Media Journalist at KPTM in Omaha, NE.
There, she covered the Iowa Caucus, presidential debates, a record breaking flood, and a record breaking drought, while also maintaining her own feature segment, Secret Hot Spots. She earned a silver award for Best Spot-News Coverage by the Nebraska Broadcaster's Association.
Before leaving the south for Omaha, Meghan was an intern for two years at WVUA in Tuscaloosa, AL while in school.
Meghan grew up in Marietta, GA and went to college at The University of Alabama (Roll Tide!). She majored in Broadcasting and minored in Spanish.
When she's not working, Meghan enjoys playing the guitar, singing, spending time outdoors, taking her lovable dog to the beach, relaxing with friends and family and cheering on the Crimson Tide.
