WEST PALM BEACH, FL (WFLX) - Three motions filed by John Goodman's defense attorneys have been denied.

Goodman was arrested in February of 2010 after he crashed into a car being driven by 23-year-old Scott Wilson. Wilson died at the scene of the crash. Goodman was sentenced to 16 years in prison, but Judge Jeffrey Colbath in May overturned the conviction and sentence because of juror misconduct. Goodman is now on house arrest and is expected to be retried on March 3rd.

This week John Goodman's defense attorneys filed four orders on the Goodman case.

Judge Colbath denied a request from Goodman's attorneys to force prosecutors to disclose the name of a witness whom Goodman said he spoke to the night of the crash and told he had gone to a barn to call 911.

Colbath also denied a request from Goodman to once again take a statement from state toxicologist Tate Yeatman in order to further explore Yeatman's methods of testing Goodman's blood sample for hydrocodone.

The judge also denied the defense's request for prosecutors to disclose the names of two male witnesses who allegedly were at the scene of the crash and made the two 911 calls.

The name of one of the witnesses had already been disclosed. The judge says that the name of the second witness will become known during further investigation of the first witness.

Judge Colbath did grant a request  by Goodman's attorneys to produce all evidence related to Goodman's driver's license. The state responded that it is unaware of the whereabouts of Goodman's license.

The judge ruled that defense attorneys can re-depose an investigator concerning the license.
