GREENACRES, FL (WFLX) - A Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman confirms three more potential victims have come forward after a Greenacres police officer was charged last week with criminal transmission of HIV.

Detectives allege officer Ervans Saintclair was having sex with women while he knew he had HIV.

They asked for potential victims to come forward, and confirmed Tuesday that potential victims were contacting the sheriff's office.

Saintclair was not available for comment on Tuesday and according to court records he does not yet have a defense attorney.

He is out of the Palm Beach County Jail on a $30,000 bond.

Saintclair's neighbors say they haven't seen him in about a week. "I've seen the guy around, but I didn't know he would be doing that. I've never seen him come through with any women or anything," neighbor Ryan Jensen said.

One woman, who did not want to be identified, says Saintclair exposed her to HIV in the early 2000s. She says she shares two children with the officer. "He apologized and said don't worry about it. It is not going to kill you. I was devastated," the woman said.

According to Lieutenant Brady Myers, with Greenacres police, Saintclair is on unpaid administrative leave from the department.

Lieutenant Myers says Saintclair's internal affairs file shows no sustained complaints since he started with the department in 2007.
