Bieber could face felony vandalism charge

MIAMI (WFLX) - There's a chance pop star Justin Bieber will have to spend Valentine's Day in a Miami courtroom.

The singer's arraignment date for his DUI and drag racing charges has been set for February 14. It's unknown whether Bieber will attend just yet.

After his arrest, the 19-year-old admitted to police he had drank alcohol, taken prescription medications and smoked pot.

Meanwhile, detectives in Los Angeles are tightening up their case against Bieber after an egg attack. A neighbor is accusing the 19-year-old of tossing eggs over a fence and onto the mansion next door earlier this month.

A prosecutor is asking detectives to do more investigating before making a decision on whether to charge him with felony vandalism.
