SUBURBAN LAKE WORTH, FL (WFLX) - A teen has been charged with occupied burglary, simple battery, battery on a K-9 law enforcement officer, aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer, four counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with violence and criminal mischief according to a probable cause affidavit from Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.

Four law enforcement officers have been named as victims in the incident.

On Saturday, Feburary 8, Palm Beach County Sheriffs deputies responded to the Tropical Country Estates subdivision in the 9000 block of Bracelet Drive in Lake Worth, responding to a call for a burglary.

A young man says he was feeding his aunt's dogs inside a home when a teen, he recognized,  walked through the unlocked front door. He says he recognized the teen from the neighborhood.

He said the teen appeared to be intoxicated and was not making sense. The teen started to touch his face and attempted to take his glasses off. He then took off his clothes and made loud, nonsensical statements of random numbers. By the time the victim ran from the house and called 911, he was completely nude, according to a sworn statement.

When deputies arrived with a K-9 officer, they heard a person's voice yelling inside the home and breaking things. Deputies surrounded the house and saw the teen walking around naked in the house in a "menacing manner", according to a probable cause affidavit. "He was breaking random things inside the house and still shouting nonsensical things, such as: '5, 6, 7, 8...grandma..grandma...girlfriend...1234.'"

The report also states deputies saw the teen moving erratically with clenched fists while pacing.

When the teen started to leave the rear at the house toward deputies, they say, his hands were armed with a large piece of metal and an unknown object -- later determined to be a clock.

Deputies told the person to lie face down. Instead, deputies say, he sat down upright, then stood back up and moved toward them.

As a police dog was released toward him, he started to punch the dog with closed fists and tried to gouge out the dog's eyes before kicking and punching at other deputies who tried to stop him.

One deputy's arm was fractured as he continued to fight all four deputies and a dog. In the report, one deputy says, he hit the teen several times with a baton in his back/rib area, but it did not change his behavior, so they used a stun gun on the suspect's back which brought him to the ground, so he could be restrained and handcuffed.

As additional law enforcement officers arrived, additional deputies and Palm Beach County Fire Rescue team members assisted to fully restrain the suspect.

The teen, who was identified as Conrad Hopper, has been charged with occupied burglary, simple battery, battery on a K-9 law enforcement officer, aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer, four counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with violence and criminal mischief.
