POMPANO BEACH, FL (WFLX) - A Pompano Beach man was accused of trying to lure a 3-year-old girl into his home. He said he did it because he believed the little girl was his wife.
According to the "Sun Sentinel", 63-year-old Lester Russell, allegedly put his hands on the girl and tickled her while she played in the hallway. Police say the man also had children's toys in his home.
The judge said he has all of the makings of a sex offender, and as of now he just hasn't been convicted yet.
