Baby food maker recall

(WFLX)-- The U.S. Consumer product safety commission has issued a recall for a baby food maker.

The CPSC has recalled nearly 800 Hamilton Beach Bebe brand baby food makers in the U.S. and about 31 hundred in Canada.

The use of the slicing/shredding disc with the motor shaft adapter can cause the stainless steel pin to loosen and fall into processed food.

The CPSC has received three complaints.

No injuries have been reported. The food maker was sold at Buy Buy Baby Stores, online at, and at from September 2013 to February 2014.
