Susan Roberts' husband reportedly visited fire station to report missing wife

BOCA RATON, FL (WFLX) - Just prior to the body of Susan Roberts being found by investigators, her husband visited a Palm Beach County Fire Rescue station to report his wife as missing a PBCFR spokesperson confirmed.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said Roberts went missing on June 8 and was last seen alive driving away from her place of work at St. Mary's Medical Center where she was a pharmacist.

Her body was later discovered at Watergate Mobile Home Park on June 9.

But just prior to her body being discovered, the husband of Roberts, Terri Hemings, reportedly visited Palm Beach County Fire Rescue station 55.

"On 6/9/2014, a person did show up at PBCFR Station 55 to report a possible missing person. The crews at the station contacted PBSO. You will need to contact PBSO for any further information," wrote Captain Albert Borroto when asked about the incident.

Calls and e-mails to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office were not returned.

Anyone with information surrounding the homicide investigation should call CrimeStoppers at 1.800.458.TIPS.

A $1,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to a conviction in the crime.
