Palm Beach manhunt ends with no arrest

PALM BEACH, FL (WFLX) – The manhunt on Palm Beach for two men suspected of being connected to a Miami homicide has ended, Palm Beach police say.

The search began Tuesday morning after a car crashed at The Breakers golf course.

Police scoured property on the north side of the island as well as inspected each vehicle trying to leave the area for signs of the men.

Police say the Honda Accord, which was found abandoned on the Breakers Ocean Golf Course Tuesday morning, could be the vehicle of a victim of a deadly home invasion robbery in Miami on Monday night.

Police believe the men most likely left the island before the search began early Tuesday morning, Capt. Jeff Trylch told the Palm Beach Daily News.
