(CNN) - The summer of Supermoons kicks off this weekend.

NASA said the summer's full moons will all be Perigee moons. That means it will appear larger and brighter.

The first will be visible Friday and Saturday, and it will happen again Aug. 10 and Sept. 9. Experts said the one in August will likely be the brightest.

Scientists stressed it can be hard to tell the difference between a Supermoon and a regular full moon, as clouds and haze can mask the change in brightness.
