MIAMI (WFLX) - A Miami-Dade police officer could be in major trouble.
A corrections officer says she was driving to work Sunday night when she says she was cut off on the turnpike. She says she flashed her lights at the car and thats when the passenger in the car pointed a gun at her.
She says the gun went off, hitting her tail light. FHP troopers say an off-duty officer was the passenger in that car but he denies the shooting.
Investigators found the round that was fired in the woman's car. FHP is still investigating and as of now no charges have been filed.
