I-95 reopens in Boca Raton after crash & brush fire

BOCA RATON, FL (WFLX) - I-95 is now reopened in Boca Raton after a crash and brush fire.

Three vehicles were involved in the crash and one went off the road and struck a power line, according to Florida Highway Patrol. It says the line fell and sparked the fire.

The driver of the vehicle which hit the power line was transported with non-life threatening injuries.

At 4:15 p.m. Tri-Rail posted this note on its Web page:

Attention Passengers: Due to police activity between the BOC station and the DFB station all trains have stopped. Passengers can expect significant delays during this afternoon's commute. A bus bridge has been established from BOC and DFB. Update to follow.

Tri-Rail is also dealing with a bicycle fatality in Hollywood. It is advising passengers to seek an alternate route of transportation Monday evening.
