Adopted! Pet of the Week Big Red

Adopted! Pet of the Week Big Red

Update: Big Red is now in his forever home, but he wanted to let you know there are a lot of amazing dogs and cats still waiting to be adopted at Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League.

Meet our Peggy's Pick of the Week Big Red. He's a 7-year-old German Shepherd mix who's up for adoption at Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League.

Here's a special message from Big Red:

"Rowf, rowf! Hello there! My name is Big Red and they call me that because I am a big dog with a really big heart! I am a fun loving boy, and I know the value of good play time and play toys. I would love to play with you and some tennis balls. Be careful though, if you throw a tennis ball at me, I will chase it, but I might not give it back! Or, if tennis balls aren't your thing, I love squeaky toys too! Anytime spent playing with you would be absolute heaven! Other than playtime, I enjoy walking. Once playtime and walks are done, I enjoy nothing more than quality time with you and some good head scratches. I bet I sound like the perfect dog for you, so talk to an adoption counselor about me today, so we can begin our life together! :)"
