PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL (WFLX) - The suspect believed responsible for three armed carjackings and the shooting of two people in Broward County has been arrested in Palm Beach County, according to the FBI.
Gregory B. Moore, 35, was arrested without incident at the Mangonia Park Tri Rail station Wednesday afternoon, according to the bureau.
The victims were shot multiple times in Hallandale Beach Tuesday.
The crime spree began in Sunrise, where a woman and her son were ordered by the carjacker to drive to I-95, where they were released unharmed.
Police say the suspect then drove south to Dania Beach and committed a second carjacking, followed by the shooting and third carjacking.
The FBI says Moore is in federal custody in West Palm Beach and is facing federal charges.
It says two other people have been detained as well.
