Pet of the Week Kena

Meet our Pet of the Week Kenya. She's a 7-month-old domestic shorthair who is up for adoption at Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League.

Here's a special message from Kenya:

"I know that I may look like just another black cat to most, but I will tell you that there is something that makes me different from the rest. Some might consider me special - you'll decide for yourself when you meet me. You'll notice right away that my right front limb doesn't work quite the way it should. I don't have any feeling from my elbow down, so instead of walking on my paw, I put my arm flat on the ground and use it to help me get around. And boy do I get around just fine! I can run, jump and play just like the best of them. And don't worry, I'm not in any pain and I don't need any treatment for it - just lots of love from you! And I'll give you love right back. I love to nuzzle my face against yours, and give you hugs and kisses too! So what do you think, am I your special girl?"
