Boynton Beach Police reassign two investigators to fatal hit-and-run case

BOYNTON BEACH, FL (WFLX) - The Boynton Beach Police Department has posted an updated on the hit-and-run crash that killed Khiar Raymond.

BBPD says that two traffic homicide investigators have been reassigned to work the case full-time.

Police have located the suspect vehicle and have identified a person of interest.

They say they've interviewed numerous witnesses and collected critical evidence that has been sent to labs for further testing.

Raymond, 15, died Saturday night after being struck by a car as he was walking alongside the road in the 200 block of High Ridge Road in Boynton Beach.
