Meet our Pet of the Week Woody. He's a 2-year-old domestic shorthair who is up for adoption at Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League.
Here's a special message from Woody:
"I'm a docile and mellow marmalade-colored pussy cat. I'm like a squishy little teddy bear when I melt into your lap. Doesn't that seem like the ultimate cuddly lap cat? I used to live with another kitty, but my owner moved and had to bring me to the shelter. Of course I enjoy being with my feline roommates, but I will roll over at your feet to beg for petting from my human friends. I love to play with toys on a string, and then I like to go to my private bed for a little down time. I really would love to find another wonderful mommy or daddy to give me my new home. I hope to meet you very soon."
