Arson suspected after West Palm Beach house catches fire twice overnight

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - An arson investigator believes two fires were set intentionally overnight at a vacant house on 35th Street in West Palm Beach.

Firefighters were called to the location twice in the past several hours.

They say they first arrived at the structure around 8 p.m. Monday with flames shooting through the side of the home.

The extinguished the fire, then around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday they were called back to the same address.

Firefighters said the blaze was completely out when they left the first time, so they think someone came back and re-ignited the fire.

It's not clear if anyone was squatting at the house.  Firefighters said the structure is boarded up.
