PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. - The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office has identified the two suspected intruders shot last week.

Tavarress Alexander Wilson, who turns 27 tomorrow, is charged with 2nd degree murder and armed burglary.

23-year-old Obrian Simms was identified as the person who died in the incident.

According to investigators, a homeowner found two people inside his residence on Hibiscus Tree Drive Thursday. It led to an altercation and gunshots.

Simms died at the scene. Wilson was hospitalized. He was booked into the jail Saturday.

The homeowner did not suffer any injuries.  However, two of the homeowner's dogs were shot and killed during the altercation.

The homeowner was not charged.
