2 severely injured in West Palm Beach shooting

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Two men were rushed to the hospital with severe injuries Monday night after a shooting in West Palm Beach, according to West Palm Beach Police Department spokesperson Lori Colombino.

Investigators said the incident happened shortly after 8:45 p.m. at 21st St. and AE Isaacs Avenue.

The suspected shooter's vehicle was located by officers and pursued into Riviera Beach. One person, a 35-year-old man, is in custody at this time.

The injured men were identified as 19-year-old Alphonso Davis and 20-year-old Antonio Fells and transported to St. Mary's Medical Center. Police said a third man, 19-year-old Andre Witherspoon, was found at the scene but wasn't shot.

Police said the investigation remains active.
