PALMETTO, Fla. - Florida police have named a suspect in connection with the fatal shooting Monday of two brothers at a convenience store in Manatee County.

According to the Palmetto Police Department, a customer entered the Snappy Quick Store on 17th Street West early Monday morning and discovered two bodies on the floor behind the counter. Both had been shot and killed.

Those two men were identified as 23-year-old Khasem Yousef and his 17-year-old brother, Faares.

After reviewing security tapes, investigators said a man walked in to the store acting as though he was going to purchase something.  Then he pulled out a gun and shot the brothers. The brothers were defenseless and completely caught off guard.

Family and friends are devastated by the loss, and truly hope whoever is responsible is brought to justice.

Police now believe the man who pulled the trigger is 25-year-old Devin Chandler.

Chandler is still at large and may be driving a blue colored 2000-2005 Chevrolet Impala. If you see him, do not approach him, he should be considered armed and dangerous.

If you do see him they ask that you call Palmetto Police Department at 941-723-4587.
