RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. - Riviera Beach police need the public's help locating a woman who has been missing since Friday afternoon.

Police said Wendy Tognacci was last seen by the proprietor of an assisted-living facility where she lives.

Tognacci is considered endangered because she suffers from bi-polar disorder and schizophrenia and reported to have the mental capacity of an 11-year-old.

Police said she regularly takes several medications for her disorders but has not had access to medication since early Friday.

Tognacci was last wearing a white shirt and black pants and carrying a pink and silver backpack. She said she was going to a Target on Northlake Boulevard in Lake Park, but there has not been any sighting of her in that area.
