Beach Body

Wouldn't you love a beach body--a buff belly, bust and butt? Well now, it can all be yours. Not in 6 months, 2 months or even 4 weeks. We're showing you how you can lose weight--inches--and fat, in just 14 days!

Katie Roache wants to know how. She's just like you, a busy mother of two, who wants to improve a few areas.

Katie Roache/Busy Mom: "My stomach, my hips, my arms."

The General Manager of this gym, Doug Cohen, has even greater goals. He hasn't worked out for months.

Doug Cohen/Gym Manager: "I had a shoulder injury. so I took off, little over a year. pretty much didn't do anything. no cardio or anything. gained a lot in the mid-section here."

Doug and Katie want to get slim and trim, fast. Don't you?

Meet David Kirsch, trainer to stars like Liv Tyler, Heidi Klum and Faith Hill.

David Kirsch/The Ultimate New York Body Plan: "Everyone, everyone. I've had a 16 year old high school girl who did it, and I've had someone 70 years old on it"

It's not easy. Every day you must complete 45 minutes of hard cardio. Every other day you'll add a difficult 45 minute cardio sculpting routine designed by David, using low weight dumbells, a medicine ball and a stability ball.

And forget about any treats for two weeks. Kirsch uses the ABC's to explain your diet restrictions.

A is for alcohol: no alcohol allowed in the first two weeks, not one beer or glass of wine. B is for bread. C is for starchy carbs, so no pasta for you. D is for dairy: no milk, ice cream or cheese. E is for extra sweets: no candy permitted. And F is for fruits and most fats, so you won't be eating pineapple, or fatty foods like bacon. And you can't have any caffeine. You will eat five times a day--only low fat protein and veggies. A low-carb protein shake substitutes for one or two meals. You'll also drink a vitamin supplement. Sound hard?
