FORT PIERCE, Fla. - A St. Lucie County mother faces charges after police said they found about 100 people under the age of 21 partying at a home early Sunday morning.
Deputies said marijuana and alcohol were also found at the party, which occurred on River Hammock Lane in Fort Pierce.
Joseph, 40, of Port St. Lucie told authorities the party was to celebrate her son being the homecoming prince at Centennial High School.
Authorities said they found beer bottles, empty beer cans and and liquor bottles throughout the home.
Joseph is charged with having an "open house party".
