(WFTS/AP) A hot air balloon made an emergency landing Friday morning in the median of Interstate 4 in Central Florida.

At 8:15 a.m., the balloon landed at mile marker 54 in Polk County after drifting into heavy fog and running low on fuel, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Florida Highway Patrol spokesman Steve Gaskins posted on his Twitter account that no one was hurt

The balloon, from Orlando Hot Air Balloon Adventures, was carrying 16 people -- mostly tourists.

The company has a van that follows the balloon.  It was nearby to take the passengers back to Orlando.
