The Consumer Product Safety Commission has put out a warning for anyone who has shopped at Home Depot in the past three years.
It says the home improvement store has been wrongly selling recalled items since 2012.
The more than 28 products include fire extinguishers, fluorescent lights and dehumidifiers. The reasons for the recalls range from fire risk to dangerous carbon dioxide levels.
