Victim shot multiple times in Sebastian

SEBASTIAN, Fla. - Police in Sebastian said they are looking for two people after a man was shot several times Monday night. 

At about 7:40 p.m., the Sebastian Police Department responded to a shooting in the 1000 block of Persian Lane.

Officers found the victim, identified as Kevin A. Richards, 31, had been shot several times in the torso and upper leg. 

Richards was taken to a hospital in stable condition.

Police said witnesses observed the attackers initially flee the scene on foot.  Later they were seen driving in a white, compact car with tinted windows and possibly be heading to Killeen, Texas.
