Businesses in Delray Beach will have a chance to see revised plans for the approved iPic theater.

Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m. the Downtown Development Authority will host a merchants town hall meeting.

The meeting is intended to give businesses the opportunity to ask project representatives about specifics pertaining to traffic, parking and competition to existing restaurants.

The project calls for a 529 seat theater with 8 screens, office and retail space and a 279 space parking garage.

The project will create nearly 300 jobs, as many as 35 from iPic who plans to move their corporate headquarters from Boca Raton to Delray Beach.

Throughout the summer conversations got heated about the project, but supporters prevailed with the approval from commissioners in August.

Potential questions for Saturday's meeting include: will traffic to federal highway will be affected, where and if food will be served and if the developer is doing anything to change the landscape of the area, such as burying the overhead wires.

The project will be a block south of Atlantic Avenue between SE 4th and 5th Avenues. Saturday's meeting is at the Hyatt Hotel.
